**Step 1**: Read the guidelines and accept the security claim.

**Step 2**: Biometric authentication and password input
* If your device has biometric security enabled, you will be required to authenticate with facial or fingerprint recognition to enable the **Sign in with Biometrics** feature. You can either leave the checkbox unchecked or return to Settings later to disable this feature
* If your device does not have biometric security enabled, you cannot enable the **Sign in with Biometrics** feature.
* Enter the password for the wallet. Password must consist of at least 8 characters. Fizen suggests that passwords should be more than 8 characters using a mixture of numbers, uppercase & lowercase letters, and symbols.

**Step 3**: Select **Create wallet** and wait for the system to process the request.

**Step 4**: Receive a backup wallet alert as you navigate to the homepage.
* By choosing **Backup**, the system will show the Secret phrase and prompt you to save it somewhere secure. If your secret phrase is lost or destroyed, you will not be able to get your assets back, ever. You should NEVER, under any circumstances, share your secret phrase with any other person. It’s best to store them in the most secure way possible (e.g. on a paper wallet or a hardware wallet).
* By choosing **Not now**, you can forego the **Backup wallet** step and proceed directly to using assets at your own risk. You'll always get a reminder from us until this process is done.

**Step 5**: Back up your wallet
* You MUST **Confirm password** before backing up your wallet
* A secret phrase made up of 12 different words, ordered from 1 to 12, will be displayed by the system.
* To safeguard the assets in your wallet, you must keep the Secret Phrase in a secure place.
* Click **Next** (Continue) to enter the Secret Phrase again, from 1 to 12 in proper order.

## Importing an existing wallet (Nhập ví có sẵn)
The secret phrase or seed phrase or mnemonic phrase is generated by your crypto wallet when you first set it up, which stores all the information needed to recover crypto funds on-chain. Anyone with the Secret Phrase for a wallet has access to the wallet and all its stored assets.

**Step 1**: Enter the Secret Phrase.
The words in the Secret Phrase must be separated by a space and in the correct order.

# Adding more accounts (Thêm tài khoản)
1. ### What is the difference between an account and a wallet? (Sự khác biệt giữa tài khoản và ví là gì?)
* Wallets store the private keys used to access your funds. To start sending and receiving assets on Fizen, you must have at least one wallet. The different wallets you manage on your device are unrelated to each other. If you lose access to the funds in one wallet (for example because you lost your secret phrase), the funds in the other wallets are not affected.
* An account is a subsection of a wallet that allows you to separate funds without the need to create multiple new wallets. By default, each wallet you create comes with one account.
* In short, a wallet can create multiple accounts based on the same Secret Phrase or can import accounts from another wallet if it has a Private Key.

2. ### How to add more accounts (Cách thêm tài khoản)
**Step 1**: Tap on the header. This header is present on Homepage & Wallet Asset Management.

### Do I need cryptocurrency to use Fizen Wallet?
No. You can install Fizen Wallet and connect to Dapp without owning any assets.
Adding cryptocurrencies in your account allows you to manage token and NFTs, trade, play games, and much more.
### Which network does Fizen Wallet support?
Polkadot and any Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) based blockchains such as Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Avalanche, etc.
### Can I switch from my existing wallet app?
Of course! Every wallet uses a private key to secure assets. You can either import your Secret Phrase when first install our app or import wallet by pasting the private key if your wallet is already backed up.

# Manage wallet & account
### What are public address, private address and secret phrase?
The public address or public key is a randomly generated set of numbers and letters which represent a type of unique number similar to a bank account number and can be created for free by anyone, within a matter of seconds without needing a third party. You can freely share your public address with others. That way, people can send cryptocurrencies to your address.
The private key or private address should be kept private, as their name suggests. You can think of them as a kind of PIN or verification code, which, together with its corresponding public address grants you access to the actual funds on the blockchain.
The secret phrase or seed phrase or mnemonic phrase is generated by your crypto wallet when you first set it up, which stores all the information needed to recover crypto funds on-chain. Anyone with the Secret Phrase for a wallet has access to the wallet and all its stored assets.
### What is the difference between Private Key and Secret Phrase?
* Private key is usually an access key to just one address (account), while secret phrase is an access key to the whole wallet, which can hold multiple addresses.
* Wallets use secret phrases as both an access key and instruction to set up all addresses (accounts). Wallets always create the same set of addresses and private keys from a given seed phrase.
* If your secret phrase is lost or destroyed, you will not be able to get your assets back, ever. This is why it is important to protect your seed phrase with a solid crypto backup.
You should NEVER, under any circumstances, share your private key(s) or secret phrase with any other person. It’s best to store them in the most secure way possible (e.g. on a paper wallet or a hardware wallet).
### Where do I get my public and private key?
Public address: Tap shorten address right under the Total asset in the homepage or wallet screen - which will let you copy the account's address to the clipboard.
Private key: Go to Settings → Security → Show private key. Fill in password then you will see your private key.
### What is the difference between the account and wallet?
#### **Wallet**
Wallets store the private keys used to access your funds. To start sending and receiving funds on Fizen Wallet, you must have at least one wallet.
The different wallets you manage on your device are unrelated to each other. If you lose access to the funds in one wallet (for example because you lost your secret phrase), the funds in the other wallets are not affected.
#### **Accounts**
An account is a subsection of a wallet that allows you to separate funds without the need to create multiple new wallets. By default, each wallet you create comes with one account.
Accounts are tied to the wallet in which they are created. The secret phrase for your wallet unlocks access to all accounts inside that wallet. If you lose the access to your wallet, you lose the access to all accounts inside the wallet.
### **How to backup your Fizen Wallet from Secret Phrase?**
It is of utmost important to back up and store your Secret Phrase safely, as anyone with the Secret Phrase will get access to all assets in the wallet. There are two ways to do this:
#### 1) Backup the Secret Phrase when installing a new Fizen Wallet
1. During the setup of a fresh installation of Fizen Wallet, click ‘Create wallet’
2. Input the required fields and you will be prompted to go to the Backup wallet screen
3. Here you will see Secret Phrase. Please be sure to store your Secret Phrase in a safe place.
4. Enter your Secret Phrase and follow the prompts.
Not recommended: You can skip the backup stage and use the assets at your own risk. We’ll highlight the security risk and you will still be able to backup your wallet.
#### 2) For an existing Fizen Wallet installation, backup from Settings
1. Select 'Settings' in the sidebar
2. Tap “Security” then “Reveal seed phrase”
3. Confirm your password
4. Enter your 12-word Secret Recovery Phrase
5. Click 'Backup'
### How to reset your wallet?
**Before trying these steps, confirm that you have your Secret Phrase with you, as you will risk being locked out of your wallet forever.**
1. Select 'Settings' in the sidebar
2. Tap “Security” then “Reset Wallet”
3. You will see the message “If you proceed to RESET the wallet on this device, all current data on the wallet will be removed. The result is permanent and cannot be reversed. You can only recover this wallet with the Secret Phrase that you stored.
4. Swipe to reset wallet
5. You will now be directed to the homepage and will be able to import an existing account with the Secret Phrase
### How to reset your password?
You cannot reset your password.
Another way around is to reset wallet then create new password. If you proceed to RESET the wallet on this device, all current data on the wallet will be removed. The result is permanent and cannot be reversed. You can only recover this wallet with the Secret Phrase that you stored.

### How to delete my account ?
Due to the nature of the blockchain, users cannot permanently delete an account. If you no longer want to use Fizen Wallet, simply uninstall it.
As Fizen Wallet is a non-custodial wallet, we do not own or store your private keys or secret phrase. Please make sure to store them safely before uninstalling the application, since you may lose your account forever.
### What do I do if I accidentally delete my wallet?
Once your wallet is created, it will exist on the blockchain forever. However, it is possible to restore a wallet by importing the Secret Phrase that you previously backed up.
### How to import an account?
1. Click the Account and Network dropdown from Homepage or Wallet page
2. Select Account tab
3. Select Import Account
4. You will be directed to the import page. Paste your private key and tap “Import”

### How to export an account’s private key?
1. Select 'Settings' in the sidebar
2. Tap “Security” then “Show private key”
3. Confirm your password
4. You can now see your private key.
Exporting your account could be risky as your private key will be displayed on the screen. Therefore, make sure that no one else can see your screen or is able to take a screenshot while you retrieve your private key. This will avoid the potential loss of your assets.

1. Find the Wallet button at the top right corner of the homepage.

### How to find a token contract address
You can find a token contract with
* Network explorer
* Token listing sites such as CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko
### Accidentally sending assets to the wrong address
Unfortunately, Fizen Wallet cannot reverse the transaction or refund the value once you confirm the transaction. Since Fizen Wallet is not a custodial wallet and we do not keep any of your data, so you are the custodian of your own assets.
### Tokens missing on Fizen Wallet
If you can’t see your tokens on Fizen Wallet, you may not have added the token to your wallet.

If you don’t see a fiat value next to your token, it may be because the token is unlisted on CoinMarketCap.

### Does Fizen Wallet support NFT collection?
Yes! We support ERC-721 token with Opensea metadata standard.
You can find Collection via the NFT tab on the wallet screen.
### Does Fizen Wallet support ERC-1155?
Fizen Wallet does not yet support ERC-1155, this includes the store as well as sending and receiving information.
### What is NFT detection?
NFT detection enables the possibility to view the list of all Fizen partner projects. This feature allows you to add a project's token and NFT with a few taps rather than remembering the asset's collection address and token ID.
### How do I turn on NFT detection to auto-add my game assets?
Tap on Settings on the sidebar and turn on Token & NFT detection.
### How do I send or receive an NFT?
#### Send an NFT
1. Make sure you have enough gas for the transaction.
2. Select the NFT you want to send.
3. Tap on Send icon next to NFT name and token ID.
4. Enter the address you wish to send it to.
5. Confirm that you want to make the transaction.
#### Receive an NFT
1. Tap on “Receive” on the homepage or wallet page to provide the sender with your public address or QR code.
2. Have the sender send the NFT.
3. Add the NFT to your Fizen Wallet.
### You received the error message ‘You are not the owner of this NFT’.
If you receive this error message, please make sure that you’re trying to add an NFT that you own. You can verify on the network’s explorer that you own the asset.

### Why is there a delay in giftcard delivery?
There are two main reasons for delivery delay:
* Blockchain confirming: We have not yet receive your payment on-chain
* Out of stock
If your giftcard history status is Pending, please wait as delivery may take some time.
If your Vietnam gift card history status is Pending, you will be refunded within 2-3 working days.
If your giftcard history status is Success but your giftcard has not been delivered, please submit a request to .
We do our best to process requests as quickly as possible, but when there are a high volume of requests, it can take up some time.

Of course. Once you finish the purchase, you can see the expiry date on the gift card.
Gift cards that are about to expire will be highlighted in your gift card list.
### How do I check the value and validity of a giftcard?
1. Tap on My giftcard from the sidebar.
2. In My giftcard tab, search for the purchased giftcard that you wish to check.
### How to use a brand giftcard?
1. Tap on My giftcard from the sidebar.
2. In My giftcard tab, search for the purchased giftcard that you wish to check.
3. There you will see a QR code or a hyperlink to view the bar code or pin code.
4. Show the store information in Step 3 to apply the giftcard.

### Is the amount refunded if you haven’t used up all a giftcard value?
Some brand giftcards are valid for single time use only - which means, **the card expires immediately after first use**. Any amount which is not used in these single-use cards is lost.
We strongly recommend using the entire value of the gift card at once to avoid losing any unused value.

A swap may fail for several reasons. The most common is “out of gas” when all the estimated gas allocated for the transaction is consumed before the swap completes. If a swap fails, your asset is still in your wallet, regardless of what is already spent on the gas fee.
### Why can’t I find a token on Fizen Swap?
Fizen Swap uses leading DEX aggregators - [KyberSwap](https://kyberswap.com/) & [1inch](http://1inch.io). If you can’t find a token, it it could be due to a lack of liquidity.

Definitely not. The swap rates 1inch & KyberSwap Aggregation Protocol offers to users already include various fees charged by DEXes.
